VENDOR INFORMATION AND REGISTRATION PORTAL

Registrations NOW OPEN

We love our vendors!!!! If it wasn’t for you this festival wouldn’t be the same! For 2025 we are offering different pricing structures based on your needs just like we did last year. Registration and payment deadline is May 31st. After that late fees will be assessed and application acceptance is subject to availability.

We are also offering you - the vendor - the ability to give back to the amazing group of volunteers that also help make our festival successful. Look on your registration form for options on how you can give back.

Ready to register? Please read through the following Vendor FAQ and then click on the appropriate button below to access your 2025 vendor registration form.

VENDOR FAQ

1) We do not provide power for anyone. If you need power, you must either bring a quiet generator or have a generator cover/box, or respectfully make arrangements with downtown businesses that you are neighbouring. Failure to use a quiet running generator/cover may result in your booth being shut down. We understand the necessity of generators, especially with food trucks, however all vendors must be respectful of their neighbours. We also do not provide tents/canopies, tables/chairs or any other booth amenities.

2) Tents & umbrellas MUST be weighted down and lowered at night. We suggest that you also detach the canopy, as a sudden plough wind can cause a lot of destruction! You can not stake your tents/canopies into the ground as per City of Moose Jaw regulations. Please use weights or sandbags.

3) If you purchased a business license through us, your name will be on the master list at City Hall. You don't need to worry! If you get any questions about it (which you should not) tell them to speak to me!

4) Vendors must carry liability insurance. Please add Tourism Moose Jaw as an additional insured on your policy.  Contact your OWN insurance broker for assistance.

5) Vendors are not permitted to use speakers/amplifiers for music/announcements and the like as this interferes with our entertainment stages and busker locations. Small personal Bluetooth speakers are fine as long as they do not disrupt your neighbours.

6) Parking is completely up to you. The City WILL ticket you.... repeatedly. Downtown meters accept change and are also connected to the HotSpot Mobile Parking App where you can create an account, load a virtual wallet, and use it to pay for meters. All meters have a number on them for this app.

7) Security is provided overnight on Thursday and Friday nights. While they are there to deter any potential crime and report any activity to local authorities, we can not guarantee that the event will be 100% crime-free. Please ensure that your belongings are stowed and secured as much as possible. It is solely up to you whether you stow and secure each night or tear down completely.

8) Application and payment deadline is May 31st 2025. After that late fees will be assessed and new applications will be approved based on space availability.

9) Vendors who cancel after June 1, 2025 or are a no show will not receive a refund for their fees.

10) Vendors will receive a welcome email with FAQ’S, Set-up times, Operational Times, Booth location map etc approximately one week prior to the event.

If you have any questions about being a vendor, registration packages etc please don’t hesitate to contact Trish our Vendor Coordinator at accounting@tourismmoosejaw.com
