This application form is for home-based businesses such as crafters, artisans, and MLMs.

Please be advised that we only accept one vendor per MLM company.

Registration Package Options Home-Based Bronze Package: 15x15 space.

Home-Based Silver Package: 15x20, ideal for those vendors with storage trailers or larger canopies

Home-Based Gold Package: 15x15, Collectable Lanyard/Swag Bag, choice of location (preference will be given after Sidewalk Days assets and the physical Main Street Businesses are placed), discounted rates for additional footage requirements up to 10ft, social media shout-out

After submitting your application Trish our Vendor Coordinator will issue you an invoice and details about how to make payment. Please allow up to 3 days for her to respond with the electronic invoice.

I have read and reviewed the Vendor FAQ and understand the rules and requirements for the use of generators and speakers/stereos. I understand that my booth may be shut down by the Moose Jaw Kinsmen Sidewalk Days Committee if I fail to comply with those requirements and that no refund will be received.

Vendors can cancel their registration until June 1st 2024 and receive a refund less a $50 administration charge, Cancellations after that date and/or event no shows are not eligible for any form of refund.
