This application form is for DOWNTOWN MOOSE JAW businesses located off of Main Street between 2nd Ave NW and 2nd Ave NE.

Registration Package Options

Downtown Gold Package: 15x15 space, Swag Bag full of goodies, preferential placement - as long as not conflicting with physical Main Street businesses, social media shout out. Limited availability.

Downtown Silver Package: 15x20, ideal for those vendors with storage trailers or larger canopies.

Downtown Bronze Package: 15x15 space.

After submitting your application Trish our Vendor Coordinator will issue you an invoice and details about how to make payment. Please allow up to 3 days for her to respond with the electronic invoice.

ALL DOWNTOWN BUSINESS VENDORS MUST COMPLETE THIS FORM. No Exceptions!

Registration Package

Volunteer Appreciation Give Back

Sidewalk Days wouldn't be successful without the volunteers who help set up, supervise the children's village and act as ambassadors for the city. We are asking you as a vendor to help show them how much they are appreciated by donating a gift certificate or tangible item from your business.

Trailer Description - Silver Package Only

If bringing a trailer please describe size, service window location etc as it will help us place you and your neighbours.

Good Neighbour Acknowledgement

I have read and reviewed the Vendor FAQ and understand the rules and requirements for the use of generators and speakers/stereos. I understand that my booth may be shut down by the Moose Jaw Kinsmen Sidewalk Days Committee if I fail to comply with those requirements and that no refund will be received.

Vendors can cancel their registration until June 1st 2025 and receive a refund less a $50 administration charge, Cancellations after that date and/or event no shows are not eligible for any form of refund.
