Moose Jaw Kinsmen Sidewalk Days Festival - Main Street Business Registration Form

PLEASE READ THOROUGHLY BEFORE PROCEEDING

This registration form is only for businesses that have a physical storefront address on Main Street North between Manitoba Street and Ross Street. These prices are in effect until March 31st 2025.

Registration Package Options

Main Street Bronze Package: 15x15 space.

Main Street Silver Package: 15x20 space. Ideal for those businesses with a small trailer or larger canopy tents.

Main Street Gold Package: 15x30 feet, social media shout outs, stage mentions, collectable lanyard/swagbag. Limited quantities available.

After submitting your application Trish our Vendor Coordinator will issue you an invoice and details about how to make payment. Please allow up to 3 days for her to respond with the electronic invoice.

Volunteer Appreciation Give Back

Sidewalk Days wouldn't be successful without the volunteers who help set up, supervise the children's village and act as ambassadors for the city. We are asking you as a vendor to help show them how much they are appreciated by donating a gift certificate or tangible item from your business.

Silver Packages Only - Will you have a trailer on site?

If Yes, please describe trailer including size, service window locations and whether or not it is going to be used for sales or just display. This will better help us when it comes to placing your neighbours.

Good Neighbour Acknowledgement

I have read and reviewed the Vendor FAQ and understand the rules and requirements for the use of generators and speakers/stereos. I understand that my booth may be shut down by the Moose Jaw Kinsmen Sidewalk Days Committee if I fail to comply with those requirements and that no refund will be received.

Vendors can cancel their registration until June 1st 2025 and receive a refund less a $50 administration charge, Cancellations after that date and/or event no shows are not eligible for any form of refund.
