Enrapturing, operatic, and foreboding, Christopher Nolan’s Oppenheimer is a great feat of modern filmmaking that tells the story of the man who built the atomic bomb and gave birth to the nuclear age with captivating drama, thrilling thematic nuance and appropriate grandiose weight. One of the great movies of 2023, it stars Cillian Murphy, Emily Blunt, Matt Damon, Florence Pugh, and Robert Downey Jr.
Showtime begins at 6:00 pm. Because of the length of the film, there will be no discussion afterwards.
