This ceremony is designed to cocoon you in the womb of the Earth. Through the pathways of hypnosis & embodiment journeying we will open to the nourishment available when we descend into our body.

Hypnosis softens the mind & allows you to become more receptive to the experience. Embodiment Journeying is the process of acquainting ourselves with the natural rhythm of our body & following the body's intelligence through movement.

Breakdown of the night:

7pm- Opening Circle & Hypnosis Journey
8pm- Embodiment Journey & Closing Circle

Doors at 6:45. Ceremony will begin promptly at 7pm.

*Please dress comfortably. Bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow & water bottle.
