The new moon initiates the start of a new cycle.

Chelby will expand our authentic true desires through ceremony and heart activation. We will honour the Cacao spirit & enchant our brews with meaning. This Cacao will be complimented metaphysically and deliciously with ginger spice blend.

Everyone is then welcomed to pull Oracle and Tarot cards to inspire & reflect on, journaling if you wish.

Cindy will get our bodies flowing, intentionally moving energies around and through us while learning the art and medicine of Qigong.

Lorraine & Glenda join together to create a musical soul meditation with a gong bath and crystal singing bowls. The vibrations from these frequencies are powerful transformers, bring on strong visuals, clearings and fine tunes the mind, body and soul link.
