Hear an overview of how during the Second World War, recruits from Canada, Britain, Australia, New Zealand and elsewhere trained at air bases across the country, including twenty-one flying training units in Saskatchewan. Learn how the wide-open prairie skies made an ideal location for these new pilots to train with the British Commonwealth Air Training Plan (BCATP) and about some of the aircraft that were flown.
